WWE's Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view is just over one week away and Braun Strowman is only a couple weeks removed from serious elbow surgery.

The Monster Among Men is supposed to be facing Baron Corbin at the event where both men have a lot on the line.

If Corbin wins, he shall assume full-time control of Monday Night Raw as its general manager. If Strowman wins, he will be facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal title at the Royal Rumble in January.

Strowman was written off television three weeks ago when Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley all brutally assaulted the big man. Of course, this was done to give Strowman time to get his surgery, but the WWE have continued to promote his bout with Corbin.

The Lone Wolf has kept suggesting on Raw that Strowman will not be showing up at the event and that is no doubt an insurance policy in case he actually can't. But, it also normally acts as a sign that Strowman will be there.

But, what if he isn't? If he isn't medically cleared, it wouldn't make sense for the WWE to roll Strowman out and risk hurting him when Raw is so lacking n star power at present.

According to NoDQ.com, the WWE have a plan if Strowman can't work the show and they have a superstar in mind to replace this year's Money in the Bank winner.

That man is Bray Wyatt. The Eater of Worlds has been missing since Matt Hardy appeared to retire earlier this year, but he did make a surprise return at Starrcade at the end of November.

The former WWE champion is clearly ready to go and is just awaiting the right storyline or angle. How he would fit into this angle leaves a lot of questions, but Strowman did break into the WWE with Wyatt so aligning the pair again wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

Certainly out of everyone on the card, Wyatt makes the most sense to fight for his former brother. Given the latest photo Strowman posted of his recovery, it's hard to believe that he will be ready to go in just eight days.
