WWE always seems to role out the big names when it comes to WrestleMania, and 2019 will probably be no different.Despite many WWE fans wanting just full-timers to be given the platform to impress on the Grandest Stage Of Them All, there's always a certain pull that superstars like The Undertaker and Triple H have when it comes to ticket sales and promotion. The Brahma Bull hasn't actually made an appearance at the last two Mania's, presumably because of scheduling conflicts with his busy movie career. His last showing - at WrestleMania 32 - saw him give huge props to Bray Wyatt in-front of the largest-ever crowd for the event - before subsequently defeating Erick Rowan in six seconds. And the year before he got then-UFC star Ronda Rousey in the ring for an impromptu face-off with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.Once Royal Rumble and Mania season comes about, speculation is always rife when it comes to legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin and Rocky. And it turns out that The Rock WAS planned for the upcoming Mania - with reputable Twitter account WrestleVotes revealing Johnson's original plans for the big event. And they involved none other than Roman Reigns.

So if Rock was to win the Rumble and face Reigns, it would have been interesting to seen how they positioned both of them as one is one of the most popular of all-time, and the other seemingly couldn't be transitioned to a heel under Vince McMahon.

It does seem unlikely that he will return to face Lesnar as well - two part-timers against each other probably won't go down well with fans.

The more recent rumour of Seth Rollins facing the Beast Incarnate for the Universal Championship will be much-more well received by the WWE Universe.

That's obviously not as big a bout to the casual fan than Rock v Reigns is, but you'll never get a bad match when the Kingslayer steps between the ropes.

But if Rocky makes it three years on the spin with no Mania showing, we can probably all wait another year for the Big Dog to get healthy again if it means seeing what could arguably be the biggest WWE match in years.
