As we now know, it emerged over the weekend of former WWE superstar Big Cass suffering a seizure at a House of Hardcore show and left the arena in an ambulance.According to reports, Cass collapsed during an intermission and landed face down. The former WWE Superstar was accompanied by promoter and fellow former WWE man Tommy Dreamer the whole time and Dreamer would inform the crowd during the show, offering his prayers, and clarifying that the problem "wasn't drug-related."Cass has had a rough 2018 and the 31-year-old was fired from the company in June after only returning from a long-term knee injury after WrestleMania in April. In those two months, Cass was feuding with the newly-returned Daniel Bryan in a rivalry that never really hit any kind of stride.Just a year or so earlier, Cass had been one of the most-over talents on the WWE roster alongside Enzo Amore. The crowd used to eat up their entrance and WWE seemingly had big plans for the pair. However, in 2018, both men have found themselves unemployed and fired from the WWE.There had been rumours that Amore and Cass had not been seeing eye-to-eye much since their releases from the company, but Amore tweeted after hearing about Cass' seizure.

Given the potential both men showed during their time in WWE, it's a shame their tenures ended the way that they did, but according to numerous reports, a lot of that had to with their attitudes above all else.

Following the incident, Cass appears to be doing OK and looks to be on the mend.

Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com noted: "Heard from a few people who were there that Big Cass seemed to be OK on the stretcher outside, was awake and thanking people for their concern, but they still took him away in the ambulance."

We here at GiveMeSport wish Cass the very best in his recovery and hope to see him in a wrestling ring again one day.
