Romelu Lukaku certainly won't remember the year of 2018 too fondly with regards to his club career.
The Belgian striker may have reached the World Cup semi-final in the summer, but his time with Manchester United throughout the year has been anything but successful.
Goals have been difficult to come by, as have starts under Jose Mourinho this season, with Lukaku condemned to the bench a number of times in 2018/19 when fully fit.
The £75m forward ended his long wait for a goal at Old Trafford in the 4-1 win over Fulham, a run which had stretched back to March.
But he followed that up with a dire performance in the 2-1 defeat away at Valencia.
It's unlikely that he will start against Liverpool on Sunday, with Marcus Rashford likely to be handed the centre-forward role again.
And just to rub salt into Lukaku's wounds, one United fan has decided to mock him by dubbing some commentary over one of his goals from last season.
The commentary? Well, it's from Cristiano Ronaldo's famous free-kick against Portsmouth and it just fits so, so well.
It's hard not to laugh.
Mourinho has a huge decision to make when it comes to Lukaku, with supporters quickly running out of patience wth the former Everton man.
With fan-favourites Rashford, Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard all waiting to takeover in the forward roles, the Belgian will have to sort himself out quickly.
Then you have the prospect of Alexis Sanchez returning to the first-team in the New Year after his serious hamstring injury.
The Chilean was used as a striker by Mourinho just before picking up the knock in training and United seemed more fluid in their play with him as the focal point.
