WWE release video showing what happened after the main event of TLC

TLC

Tables, Ladders and Chairs will go down as one of the most entertaining pay-per-views of 2018, and the ladies that competing in the historic deserve a lot of credit or that.

Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Asuka stole the show while competing in the first-ever women's TLC match for the SmackDown Live Women's title.

Becky Lynch has undoubtedly been the hottest commodity in the whole company as of late and the crowd were super hot for The Man by the time the main event came around.

However, the former Irish Lass Kicker failed to defend her title at the final PPV in 2018 after Ronda Rousey got involved in the action and pushed Lynch and Flair from the top of a ladder.

This has quite obviously set up a future bout between Rousey and Lynch which will almost certainly take place at WrestleMania 35 and is likely to headline the show in New Jersey.

That would be the first-ever that women have headlined WrestleMania, but before that, it's rumoured that Rousey and Charlotte will battle it out at the Royal Rumble as the former seeks retribution for the latter's attack at Survivor Series.

Still, despite the fact the win came via a Ronda Rousey assist, Asuka's first world title on the main roster was warmly received by the live audience and it seems a smart move for the Blue Brand.

After the show went off the air on the WWE Network, the WWE released a video showing what happened with Charlotte and Becky Lynch as they left the ring.

Charlotte had clear eyes for Becky, even if they have a common enemy in Ronda Rousey right now, while Lynch repeated "I will be back," at the top of the ramp.

Speculation suggests that Lynch will win the Royal Rumble in January and then choose to fight Rousey for her Raw Women's title at WrestleMania.

Charlotte is supposedly getting another shot at the UFC Hall of Famer at the Rumble, but how she figures into the WrestleMania picture isn't quite so clear yet.
