One week has barely passed since the shake-up announcement from Vince McMahon and already a lot seems to be changing in the WWE.

Rumours suggest that storylines will be scrapped, new faces are arriving from NXT, Mustafa Ali has moved from 205 Live to SmackDown LIVE and the WWE is said to be creating newer matches for the fans.

SHAKE-UP

At the moment, WWE fans are a little apprehensive of what the changes are going to mean as we've all fallen victim to false promises by the WWE.

If Finn Balor, however, gets the big push that has been speculated, then it's a sign that things are changing in the WWE and not just something on paper.

Another big change we witnessed on SmackDown LIVE this week was that Shane McMahon surprisingly announced that Paige would no longer be in the role of general manager of the blue brand after taking over from Daniel Bryan.

Instead, Shane claimed that Paige would be taking up a new role and now Cageside Seats has explained the potential reason why Paige is being taken out of the role.

PROMOTION

According to a recent report from the source, it's being claimed that Paige is now going to focus on promoting her upcoming movie Fighting with my Family very soon.

As she's expected to do a lot of press for the movie produced by The Rock, it's thought that she won't have the time to appear on television at the same time.

However, it's not something which many fans believe makes sense, primarily because appearing on television gives her a much bigger platform to further sell the movie and try to get people to watch the movie upon its release date.
