Paul Pogba is captured giving team-talk to Man Utd players before Huddersfield win

Paul Pogba is making his mark both on and off the pitch under Solskjaer

When Ole Gunnar Solskjaer joined Manchester United earlier this month, he made it clear that he wanted to get the best out of Pogba.

And, it seems his arrival at the club has inspired the French midfielder.

In Solskjaer's first game in charge against Cardiff, Pogba bagged three assists as he helped his side to a 5-1 victory.

And, against Huddersfield on Boxing Day, Pogba scored twice as his side ran out 3-1 winners.

He certainly looks a much better player under Solskjaer.

While he's having a positive impact on the pitch, it seems he's also playing a part off it.

Manchester United have released their latest instalment of 'Inside Old Trafford', giving fans an insight into what goes on behind the scenes during home games.

And, tunnel cam has managed to capture Pogba's team talk before their players went out onto the pitch to prepare for the game.

The French midfielder can be seen saying to his teammates: "When we go we go, pressing first ones!

"Now we’re at home. We're at home again. Same. Same. Same.

"We go strong. We start strong."

Brilliant stuff from Pogba.

Not only is he showing he is the team's most influential player on the pitch, this video proves he's also one of their most inspirational players off it.

You can certainly see why Solskjaer is trying so hard to get the best out of him.

The Norwegian international admitted after the Huddersfield game that he is 'very pleased' with Pogba's contribution since he became manager.

"I was very pleased for him and the whole team. He loves football and has a big smile," he said, per BBC Sport.

"He's always been a happy boy, a big smile on his face and when you score two you're happy.

"It's a response and Paul loves playing for this club. He's a Manchester United boy through and through and knows what it means to play for the club."
