As Romelu Lukaku continues to struggle in front of goal for Manchester United, it's looking likely that the club will soon turn to youth.More specifically, 17-year-old prodigy Mason Greenwood.Greenwood has been hugely impressive in United's academy this season - he's scored 23 goals in all competitions thus far - and is tipped to make his senior debut in the very near future.Indeed, Ole Gunner Solskjaer recently said he wants to nurture United's young players in the same way Sir Matt Busby and Sir Alex Ferguson used to."As Sir Matt once said, if they're good enough their old enough," said Solskjaer in a press conference last week. "We are built on that tradition, we need young players coming through."It's important for the academy, and the players in the academy knowing that, yes, I am looking to progress players through."We've got two or three absolutely top, top talents in the Under-18s that [are] knocking on the door now, I've got to say."But for a couple of injuries and a little bit of fatigue they probably would've been involved [in the first team], because we've had quite a few injured players and then they're ready to step up."United fans have been calling for Greenwood to be given his chance and after watching a video of his 23 goals this season they think he plays like Robin van Persie.Greenwood is predominantly left-footed but able to finish confidently with both feet, which is a very rare and exciting trait to have as a striker. Check out his goals below. And here's a selection of tweets of United fans comparing the England youngster to Van Persie, who was prolific in his first season at Old Trafford.

United have a top talent on their hands and it's vital that Solskjaer starts to integrate Greenwood into the first team to continue his development.
