Since the year 2010, Antonio Brown has been a cornerstone for the Pittsburgh Steelers franchise.Brown was a round six pick for the Steelers, but his contributions over the years have been first pick-worthy.Seven-time Pro Bowl player, four-time first-team All-Pro, two-time NFL receiving yards leader, and this season he was the receiving touchdowns leader for the whole league. But after four straight seasons making the post-season, it just wasn't to be for the Steelers in 2018.They finished in seventh position in the AFC, the Baltimore Ravens defeating the Cleveland Browns on the final day of the regular season meaning that the Indianapolis Colts took the final Wild Card playoff position.Brown was also debatably outshined by fellow Wide Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster this year as well, with JuJu picking up the team's MVP award. And reports coming out of the States yesterday have indicated that Brown has requested a trade from the organisation. It would be a huge move for anyone willing to pick up Brown and his huge salary, but the Steelers would likely get some big picks or a decent player of their own in return.CBS Sports journalist Jason La Canfora has outlined the reasons why Brown is set on leaving the Steel City, and it revolves around two people - Mike Tomlin and Ben Roethlisberger.

AB reportedly feels like Head Coach Tomlin is 'aligned' too much with the team's Quarterback Roethlisberger, and La Canfora stated that a training session ruck with 'Big Ben' led to Brown's removal from the team for their win over the Bengals on Sunday.

Roethlisberger refuted any such claims though on a radio show this week, saying that 'if there was a blow-up, I sure didn't see it', so someone's essentially not telling the full story.

It may all blow over in the end and Brown could be with the Steelers in 2019, but it's not the kind of drama the franchise needs after a below-par season with such a talented set of players.
