Man Utd fans responds with brilliant tweet to Naby Keita vs Paul Pogba post

Man Utd's Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba's resurgance under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been quite remarkable.

The Frenchman's public disagreements with previous manager Jose Mourinho led to many reports that he would opt to leave Old Trafford sooner rather than later.

Now, Pogba looks a man reborn, scoring four goals in Solskjaer's first three games in charge of Manchester United.

Playing further forward, the World Cup winner is thriving and finally looks like he is enjoying his football at Old Trafford.

Having a midfielder with his impressive skillset could be key to the Red Devils' quest to get into the top four.

Back in the summer, Liverpool thought they were getting a similar midfielder to Pogba in Naby Keita.

The Guinean international was one of the best box-to-box players in Europe with RB Leipzig during 2017/18.

However, he's struggled for form in England so far, failing to register a goal or an assist in the Premier League.

As such, one United fan on Twitter simply has to bring up a tweet posted by a Liverpool supporter at the start of the season.

It's best not to jump the gun too quickly on Twitter.

And user @TheManUtdWay summed up the tweet perfectly, comparing Keita and Pogba's differing stats for the season.

While Keita will take time adapting to a new league, his statistics and performances will raise some concerns.

Injuries haven't helped, but Keita has failed to really stamp his authority in a Liverpool shirt this season.

His best performance ironically came in the 3-1 win over United, a game in which Pogba was bizarrely benched by Mourinho.

Thankfully for Liverpool, they haven't had to be too reliant on Keita in 2018/19 due to the form of Gini Wijnaldum.

Keita in action vs Man Utd

Jurgen Klopp is renowned for giving players time to adapt and given Keita's undoubted natural ability, his time is likely to come sooner rather than later on Merseyside.
