Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has replaced Jose Mourinho at the helm of Manchester United, it seems that Paul Pogba is on his way back to being one of the best in the Premier League. The midfielder has netted four times and picked up three assists in his last four appearances, after previously going seven games without being directly involved in a goal. Since returning to form, the Frenchman has received a fair amount of criticism from fans who believe that he was seriously underperforming for former boss Mourinho. But now, he's once again justifying the huge price United paid to bring him to England from Juventus. And it's not just on the pitch that he's been showing his class recently - especially when it comes to those involved with his former club.

OLD FRIENDS

Over the weekend, Juve's Under 15s starlet Bryan Dodien made his football comeback - following a cancer diagnosis.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the youngster was told he had the disease back in 2015 and has been through three years of treatment to fight the cancer.

Ahead of Christmas, he was given the all clear and over last weekend, Dodien returned to the pitch, featuring for Juventus in an under 15s game against Bologna.

His appearance caught the eye of many, including Pogba himself.

A CLASSY MESSAGE

On Sunday night, the Premier League star posted a tweet paying tribute to the returning teenager, which read:

"What a blessing it is that Bryan beat cancer and now played his first game with Juve U15. So proud of you my friend, merci for being an inspiration to me and so many others. Hope to see you soon!"

Clearly, the United star is delighted with Dodien's recovery - and that's not surprising, considering the pair appear to have formed quite a bond.

FOLLOWING THE STORY

Pogba has been keeping an eye on the 15-year-old's progress, and he was still at Juventus when Dodien was diagnosed in 2015.

Following the news, the Frenchman dedicated winning the Italian Cup that year to the club's starlet, by revealing he was wearing a t-shirt that read: 'Bryan I am with you.'

Thankfully, it appears that Dodien has now made a good recovery, and with his response to the news, Pogba has shown that he oozes class, both on and off the pitch.
