Real Madrid fans aren't convinced

That XI doesn’t even include Santos’ 17-year-old wonderkid Rodrygo, who will join Real Madrid in the summer of 2019.

Yet fans are still pretty concerned that there's not enough talent coming through.

Martin Odegaard’s name will pique the interest of many fans.

There is still hope that the Norway international will fill his potential after spending the past few years away from Spain.

He’s currently gaining valuable experience with Vitesse in the Eredivisie, where he has impressed this season.

“My goal is clear: I want to play for Real Madrid,” Odegaard told Voetbal International last November. “I do everything for that.

“My contract has already been renewed. I take that as a sign of trust.”

Their first season after losing Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane is going miserably, but there are signs that the future will be bright for Real Madrid.
