They may have not come across each other in the ring as of yet, however, Dillian Whyte and Jarrell Miller faced off in a football challenge on Sky Sports' Soccer AM.

Stepping up first, Miller blasts a penalty into the top left corner, but Whyte was far from matching those skills.

Whyte stepped up and scuffed his attempt into an advertising board and, after asking for a second attempt, did exactly the same thing.

The second challenge saw the pair of heavyweights take on a one-on-one challenge, where once again, Miller cooly dribbled towards the goal and gave the 'keeper no chance as he blasted into the top right.

The volley challenge, where the ball was dropped onto a spring net to sit up for the boxers to strike accordingly, saw Whyte comically leave the ball twice, much to the amusement of the presenters, staff and crowd.

Instead of leaving the volley, he tripped to the edge of the six-yard box, before poking past a goalkeeper, who was either too busy laughing at him to make an attempt to save it, or felt so sorry for Whyte he thought he'd just let the ball past him.

Later on in the clip, Miller goes close with a free kick, which he bent over the wall, but also over the bar, whilst Whyte did find the back of the net...eventually.

Watch it for yourself below.

It was a light-hearted bit of fun before the real action starts again in April, where Anthony Joshua defends his three heavyweight belts, possibly again Whyte.

Whilst Whyte called AJ out after he saw off Dereck Chisora days before Christmas, Jarrell Miller may have beaten Whyte in the race to face Joshua, with his promoter claiming Miller has 'no roadblock' in what would be a surprise route for AJ to go down with Whyte, Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder all waiting in the wings.

It would be interesting to see if the pair were as friendly if Miller beat Whyte to the AJ fight.
