Willian has not been at his best for Chelsea this season. The Brazilian winger has scored just four times in 31 appearances so far this campaign. That's a poor return for someone who has scored over 10 goals in each of the last three seasons. He's also come under-fire from a number of Chelsea fans who have become tired of his performances. Many Chelsea fans will want to see him sold and, with the January transfer window in full flow, it seems there is a chance he could well leave the club.Willian has been linked with Barcelona for some time.Blaugrana tried three times to buy him last summer, with Chelsea even rejecting a bid of up to £65 million for him.And it seems the La Liga leaders are interested in signing him again this January.According to the Daily Mail, Barcelona have launched a player-plus-cash bid for the Chelsea forward. They are willing to include Malcom in the deal, who moved to Barcelona in a £38 million deal last summer but has failed to live up to expectations.Chelsea should take that offer in a heartbeat.Willian's performances have declined this year and, at 30 years old, it is likely he only has a few years left at the top level. Moreover, he only has 18 months left on his current contract, meaning there is a chance they could lose him for free next year.Malcom has struggled since making the move to Barcelona, only making five appearances this term. But, at 21 years old, he is a player who has his best years ahead of him.In addition, he has proven in the past that he has a big future ahead of him, having been coveted by a number of clubs during his time at Bordeaux. The swap deal would also mean Chelsea will not have to worry about finding a replacement. With Barcelona offering cash, as well as an up-and-coming star in Malcom, Chelsea would be silly to reject such a good offer. And that was the feeling shared by the vast majority of Chelsea fans.
