After a three-week break, UFC returns to television screens with a Fight Night card being hosted at New York's Barclays Center.

The controversial ex-NFL player Greg Hardy will make his UFC debut, but the main bout of the night sees the Flyweight championship on the line, but will it be for the last time?

Bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw steps down a weight class to face Henry Cejudo, the dethroner of 'Mighty Mouse' Demetrious Johnson, who has since departed to Singapore-based promotion ONE Championship.

The future of the division is under threat though and even Dillashaw has stated that he has zero care for what happens to it following the fight.

Even with a big fight coming up, the UFC have managed to find the time to add another belt to the promotion.

The 'Legacy' title has been unveiled, each one unique for the holder with their country, weight class and number of defences, and has the first eight nationalities of UFC champions on the new centre-plate.

Dana White posed for a photo with the new belt which will be issued for the first time to either Cejudo or Dillashaw.

Clearly though, the UFC fans think the old 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' saying makes sense here, as they're really collectively not fans of the new design.

It's gotten an absolute roasting on Twitter, and these are some of the best comments.

Whilst there's some positive comments mixed in, the general perception is pretty bad.

One man who seemingly can't wait to get his hands on it though is Conor McGregor, who had this to say in a tweet.

You're not back yet Conor, you need NSAC's permission first.

Regardless of anyone's opinion of the new design, everything needs freshening up once in a while and UFC saw the perfect chance with their move to ESPN to bring in a new era.
