Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has become the first manager to win his first seven games as Manchester United manager. The Norwegian has seen his side close the gap on fourth place in the Premier League to just three points, but the Red Devils still remain in sixth position - behind Arsenal on goal difference. There have been noticeable changes in form for the likes of Marcus Rashford, Victor Lindelöf and Paul Pogba, with the latter notching an impressive five goals and four assists in the six league games under Solskjaer.Pogba and Rashford combined expertly to score the only goal of United's 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley and continued to make an impact in this weekend's 2-1 victory against Brighton. The Frenchman's sublime touch from Diogo Dalot's cross-field pass caused Gaetan Bong to bring the World Cup winner down in the penalty box and after a now-famous long-winded run up, the 25-year-old dispatched the penalty to the 'keeper's left.Rashford then doubled United's lead just before the break with an exquisite strike, curling the ball around Brighton defenders Shane Duffy and Dale Stephens. The 21-year-old was playing his 150th game for the club. One fan in particular, whose Twitter handle is @TheManUtdWay, couldn't quite believe their eyes when the England international bent the ball into the far corner. So much so, they joked that words would be hard to come by to explain to their children exactly how Rashford did what he did.United fans reacted in their thousands with unanimous praise for Rashford, even Man United's official Twitter page comically claimed they would vouch for TheManUtdWay's story. The goal puts Rashford's Premier League tally for the season at eight, the most he has ever scored in a league campaign thus far.

With Burnley, Leicester and Fulham being Solskjaer's next three games in charge, it is not inconceivable that United win their first ten games in charge under the baby-faced assassin.

If this happens, then a highly unlikely top four finish suddenly seems very plausible indeed.
