Gary Neville doesn't think this Man United team can win the Premier League

Manchester United have made the perfect start to life under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The club legend, who took over from Jose Mourinho on an interim basis back in December, has won all of his seven games in the Old Trafford hotseat.

United even came through a tough test away to Spurs earlier this month and picked up a 1-0 win at Wembley.

They're now level on points with Arsenal and just three behind Chelsea in fourth, and the race for that final Champions League spot appears to be hotting up.

The difference in Man United's form under Mourinho and Solskjaer is incredible.

Players seem to be enjoying their football again, with the likes of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford hitting the highest level once again - which is a stark contrast to life under the 'Special One'.

And it's for that reason that Gary Neville has a problem with the impressive run that United are currently on.

"I think it’s the best start for any Manchester United manager in the history of the club. It’s unbelievable really," Neville said of Solskjaer's impact while speaking on Virgin Radio, per the Mirror

Newcastle United v Manchester United - Premier League

"The Manchester United players at the end were obviously not trying for Mourinho as they just switched the tap on and off.

"It doesn’t fill me with confidence that they can take Manchester United back to the title. The difference is incredible but I must admit I have my doubts about this group of players."

Wow. While there are so many pundits singing United's praises right now, Neville of all people is the one to bring them back down to earth.

Manchester City v Chelsea - Premier League

As he suggests, the difference in their form is startling - and if they can just turn their performances on and off like a tap, then this team is quite unlikely to deliver a league title.
