Another WWE Royal Rumble is in the books, meaning the road to WrestleMania has officially begun, and once more it includes Brock Lesnar.
The Beast faced off against Finn Balor at the Royal Rumble last night and managed to successfully retain his Universal Championship in the process.
Lesnar defeated Balor via submission after just under nine minutes in the middle of the ring using his Kimura lock. It was during this moment that one of the most hilarious moments of the Royal Rumble occurred.
The Universal Champion was able to lock in the Kimura lock on his challenger after Finn hit the Coup de Grace on him. He sealed the submission when Balor was going for the pin, which he kicked out of at two.
During the submission hold, the camera panned over the match to a point where you couldn't see The Beast's head, only the hold in place. Then, his head appeared, and he was pulling a hilarious face.
The funny face by Lesnar certainly got a lot of fans attention on social media, as they had a field day with it, creating a new meme in the process.
It now looks like The Beast will go on to defend the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35 later this year unless he surprisingly loses the title between now and The Showcase of the Immortals.
His opponent at The Grandest Stage of Them All may have been decided too.
In the main event of the Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins threw Braun Strowman over the top rope and stomped him off the apron to win the men's Royal Rumble match.
As a result, The Kingslayer will now have a chance to compete for a world championship of his choosing at WrestleMania 35 later this year.
Most of the reports before the Royal Rumble stated that Rollins was being prepped for a match with The Beast at The Showcase of the Immortals, and it appears WWE is going in this direction.
This could potentially be Lesnar's last feud in WWE as well before he leaves to pursue UFC again, so it shouldn't be surprising if he ends up facing one of the best superstars in the business today.
