Willian has his fair share of critics at Chelsea. The Brazilian winger has come under-fire for a number of inconsistent performances for the Blues. So when Barcelona made a bid for him earlier on in the January transfer window, many Chelsea fans were calling on the club to let him go.However, Chelsea decided that Willian will not be sold this January. He is considered to be a big part of Chelsea's plans and, he showed exactly why against Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday.Willian started the game and he put in a tremendous performance. He settled Chelsea's nerves when he converted a 26th minute penalty to break the deadlock. And, with seven minutes to play, he produced a lovely effort from outside the box to make it 3-0 to the Premier League side.Aside from his two goals, Willian was clearly playing with confidence and he looked dangerous throughout. And one moment in particular proved that he was at the peak of his powers.Early on in the second-half, Willian produced a lovely outside-of-the-foot touch to control a cross field ball from Mateo Kovacic. With his man quickly closing him down, Willian followed up the great touch by pulling off an 'elastico' that completely deceived his marker. The Brazilian winger then put in a dangerous cross, but neither Kovacic or Gonzalo Higuain could convert.Watch the moment below:

That is just brilliant from Willian. It's a shame that there was no one on the end of the cross.

Willian is not the only man at Chelsea who's future has been a talking point.

Callum Hudson-Odoi has been the subject of multiple bids from Bayern Munich and, it is believed they have put in a series of bids for the winger.

Willian addressed those reports on Monday and has urged the 18-year-old to stay at Chelsea.

"He's going nowhere - he's a special talent, a very good player and is staying with us," he told Sky Sports.

"Of course he is only 18 but he can improve a lot and in the future can become one of the best players in the world.

"It's difficult not to think about Bayern Munich because they are a great team as well but for me, his future is here.

"He has to stay because he knows the club, and I am sure he will play more."
