Rafa Benitez is doing a wonderful job at Newcastle. The Spanish manager has had very little money to work with during his time at the club. However, since joining in 2016, Benitez has been able to transform the club's fortunes. He won the Championship in his first season at the club and has since consolidated Newcastle's status in the Premier League. On paper, Newcastle may well have one of the weakest squads in the Premier League, but his side are exceeding expectations and are currently 14th in England's top tier. However, not everyone can appreciate the job that Benitez is doing. One man who has not been impressed with the Spanish manager is BeIN Sport presenter, Richard Keys.Keys has attacked Benitez more than once this year and was at it again during Newcastle's game against Tottenham at Wembley.During the first half, Keys tweeted about Newcastle: "This is awful. And they said Mourinho’s football was from a forgotten era. Any reason why Newcastle can’t go over the half way line?"

He tweeted that when Newcastle were drawing 0-0 against the third best side in the Premier League.

That, of course, lead to an angry reaction from Newcastle fans.

But it wasn't just supporters of The Magpies that saw how ridiculous Keys' tweet was.

Ian Wright saw Keys' words and he just had to respond. And he did so brilliantly as he shut down Keys in perfect fashion.

Wright tweeted in response: "I’m sure I watched a Newcastle team play in the same manner and beat Manchester City! Not sure what other tactics he can use with the players he has 🤔. Love Rafa. ❤️"

Very well said. It goes without saying that his reply went down extremely well with Newcastle fans, with many expressing their appreciation to Wright.
