Jurgen Klopp made several changes to the Liverpool side that drew 1-1 to Leicester City last week for Monday night's trip to West Ham.Jordan Henderson and Xherdan Shaqiri both dropped out of the starting XI for James Milner and Adam Lallana respectively, while Georginio Wijnaldum missed out due to a sore knee.Summer signing Fabinho started in the Dutchman's place, forming a midfield three alongside Lallana and Naby Keita.Keeping things fresh was behind Klopp's decision to make three alterations and within 22 minutes at the London Stadium he was rewarded.A superb piece of play from Lallana down the right-hand side provided an opportunity for Milner to cross for Sadio Mane, who turned inside the box and curled past Lukasz Fabianski.Liverpool's lead was short-lived, though, as West Ham equalised six minutes later through Michail Antonio from a smart free-kick routine. In the end neither side was able to find a winner as Liverpool's attacking three of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Mane failed make a real impact.Indeed, there was an argument to be made that West Ham deserved to win.Liverpool are now only three points above Manchester City at the top of the Premier League and so nerves are beginning to creep in.The pressure is on Klopp to get his starting line-up right for Saturday's game against Bournemouth and return to winning ways. And one player he needs to make a decision on is Lallana, who was one of Liverpool's brighter sparks against West Ham.The 30-year-old was the architect of Liverpool's goal and created further opportunities using his quick feet and vision. He was replaced in the 69th minute.Jamie Carragher spoke about Lallana on Sky Sports after the game and appeared to accuse him of doing too many Cruyff turns."In the first 20 minutes he (Lallana) did more Cruyff turns than Johan Cruyff had done in his whole career," said Carragher.

Carragher wasn't the only one who noticed how often Lallana was trying to Cruyff turn, yet Liverpool fans took umbrage at the England international being singled out for criticism of all players.

On the whole Liverpool were poor and Lallana's skill by the touchline was one of the moments of the game, so he didn't necessarily deserve to be dug out.
