Chelsea have a big problem on their hands - and his name is Eden Hazard.

At the end of the season the Belgian will have 12 months remaining on his contract. Real Madrid, who are long-term admirers, are expected to make a move.

It's also being reported that Hazard has decided he wants to join Los Blancos in the summer, though he hasn't informed Chelsea of his plans yet.

Hazard has been constantly linked with a move to the Bernabeu over the past three years and according to the Telegraph, Chelsea want at least £100m for him.

Real, however, think they can get him for less.

Hazard recently gave an interview to French radio station RMC and explained to them that he knows exactly what he wants to do now.

"I know what I will do, I have made my decision," said the 28-year-old, who has made no secret of the fact that fancies a move to Madrid.

Chelsea don't want to lose Hazard, but there's an argument to be made that he's outgrown them and deserves to be playing for the biggest club in the world.

An obvious sticking point in negotiations for the Belgium star will be a transfer fee, but the Daily Mail claim that Real have a plan to sweeten the deal for Chelsea.

When Los Blancos signed Thibaut Courtois last summer, they allowed Mateo Kovacic to head in the opposite direction on a season-long loan.

And in order to land Hazard, Real are prepared to use players like Isco or Marco Asensio as a bargaining chip.

Isco and Asensio have both had average seasons in Madrid, but they're both world-class and would soften the blow of losing Hazard for Chelsea.

Whether Real finally get their wish remains to be seen, but with Hazard's contract due to enter its final year, it has to be said that Chelsea are in a rather vulnerable position.
