It is unknown whether Eden Hazard will be at Chelsea at the start of next season.

The Belgian winger has been Chelsea's star player for many years but there is speculation that he will seek a move away in the summer.

Real Madrid have been long touted with a move and they are likely going to make an offer after the season ends.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Hazard had told French radio station that he had 'made his decision' on his future.

And, after those comments emerged, the Telegraph have reported that Hazard will tell Chelsea that he wants to join the Spanish giants.

Maurizio Sarri spoke about Hazard's future last week, saying that Hazard is free to leave if he wants.

"Eden is 28. If he wants to go, I think he has to go," said Sarri, per Goal.

"Of course, I hope the opposite. I hope he wants to stay here with us and improve. He has the potential to be the best player in Europe at the moment."

So, with Chelsea looking as if they will sanction Hazard's move away in the summer, who will they target to replace him?

According to the Daily Mail, the Blues have already earmarked a number of options as they prepare for Hazard's probable exit.

The report says that Lorenzo Insigne has 'long been on the club's radar' and is considered a natural replacement for Hazard.

However, Napoli are unlikely to let their prized asset go easily, meaning Chelsea may need to pay an eye-watering £140 million for his services.

They also mention that Richarlison has been followed closely by the club.

Chelsea considered buying him from Brazil prior to his move to Watford and have monitored his progress since.

Pablo Sarabia is another name that is mentioned, who was proposed by scouts last month.

A move for Leon Bailey is also a possibility, while it is also believed the club could explore Madrid's squad options in negotiations for Hazard.

While all these names are promising, Chelsea will no doubt be hoping that Hazard decides to stay at the club.
