Barcelona and Real Madrid played out a 1-1 draw in their Copa del Rey semi-final first leg at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night. The home side were far from their best in the second Clasico of the season but they were still able to grind out a result.Los Blancos were the better of the two teams in the first 45 minutes and took the lead after just six minutes.Good work from Vinicius and Karim Benzema ended in Lucas Vazquez tapping home to give the away side the lead.Barcelona improved in the second half and restored parity when Malcom found the net with 57 minutes played.Gareth Bale had the chance to win the tie late on but, with Marc-Andre ter-Stegen out of his goal, the Welshman was hesitant and allowed the goalkeeper to recover. That’s how it finished, setting up what will no doubt be a thrilling second leg at the Bernabeu on February 27.The home fans did not have too much to shout about during the 90 minutes, but Barca supporters did get a lot of satisfaction out of Nelson Semedo embarrassing Sergio Ramos. With the game winding down, Semedo found himself in a dangerous position on the right hand side of Madrid’s box.Being chased by Ramos, Semedo feigned a cross, which worked to perfection.Ramos was completely deceived by Semedo’s actions and dived in, leaving him sliding off the pitch.Watch the moment below:

Ramos won’t want to watch that one back.

Barcelona fans thoroughly enjoyed seeing Madrid’s captain get embarrassed by their right-back.

Lionel Messi started the game on the bench after sustaining a thigh injury at the weekend.

The Argentine eventually came on with just under half-an-hour remaining, and Ernesto Valverde revealed after the game that he didn’t want to risk him playing the full 90 minutes.

"Leo is fine," Valverde said, per Marca. "But we prefer not to take risks in this time [of the season].

"He had some discomfort and we decided it was for the best."
