A video of Wladimir Klitschko sparring Muay Thai fighter Oleg Pryimachov back in 2016 has emerged on social media today. The rare footage, which was recorded before the Ukrainian's proposed rematch with Tyson Fury back in 2016, shows Klitschko struggling to deal with the fast hands of the Thai fighter.Fury was set to defend the WBA and WBO belts that he had won from the Ukranian the previous November, the fight was to take place in Manchester in October that year.Of course, that fight never did happen, though, as Fury's struggles with mental health began to surface.Nevertheless, the leaked footage provides a rare insight into how Klitschko was preparing for the clash. The now 42-year-old had struggled to get to grasp with Fury in their first encounter and believed Pryimachov's similarly tricky style would help his preparation. After watching the clip, the general consensus from boxing fans appears to suggest Klitschko would have struggled to reverse the original result v Fury.

There is currently continued speculation that Klitschko will make a return to boxing in the near future.

It was reported that the 42-year-old had sent a text message to Joshua warning of him a return, with the message believed to read: "I wanna come back, I feel like I beat everybody in the division right now."

Klitschko's record currently stands at 64-5 with 53 wins by KO and one man who believes there is an element of truth behind the comeback rumours, Dillian Whyte, would be more than willing to get in the ring with the heavyweight legend.

"I’ll fight Wladimir Klitschko and knock him out if he comes back, I’ll definitely knock him out," Whyte said.

“I know exactly what to do. I trained alongside him, I sparred him for years and I know what he’s like, I’d knock him out.

“He’s a great fighter, he gave Anthony Joshua hell, but I just believe it’s my time now and I know what to do. I know how I need to fight him."

Could this mean that we may actually see Klitschko back in the ring and will he take on the challenge of Dillian Whyte?
