History is close to repeating itself at Chelsea.Sunday's 6-0 defeat away to Manchester City saw the Blues drop down to sixth in the Premier League following Manchester United and Arsenal's victories on Saturday. But the biggest story revolves around the future of Maurizio Sarri, who is now bookmakers' favourite to be the next manager sacked. In his own words, Sarri has struggled to motivate Chelsea's players in recent weeks and his philosophy of high-pressing, possession football simply isn't translating on the pitch.Chelsea sacking the Italian - in the same way they axed Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte because of poor results - now looks likely.Sarri was asked about what the future holds in his post-match press conference and said: "I don't know, you have to ask the club."I am worried about my team, the performance, but my job is always at risk. So I am not worried [about that], you have to ask the club."Chelsea could soon be looking for yet another manager, then, and the idea of changing management once again has got fans sharing an old interview of Jose Mourinho from 2015.Mourinho's job was under threat at the time and in a rousing speech he spoke about how everyone at Chelsea needed to be held accountable for their struggles, not just him.

"I think this is a crucial moment in the history of this club," said the Portuguese. "If the club sacks me, they sack the best manager that this club has had.

"Secondly, the message is again the message of bad results [means] the manager is guilty. And this is the message that not just these players, but the others ones before, they got during a decade.

"I think this is a moment for everybody to assume responsibilities. I assume my responsibilities, the players should assume their responsibilities, there are other people in the club that should also assume their responsibilities, and to stick together. This is what I want."

Mourinho's comments came during a famous seven-minute monologue following a 3-1 defeat at home to Southampton, leaving Chelsea 16th in the Premier League.

He was sacked two months later and now, just over three years on, Chelsea are once again struggling. Perhaps it's not always the manager.
