WrestleMania 35 is just over seven weeks away, and there's been a surprising lack of rumours surrounding the man who has become synonymous with the Grandest Stage of Them All - The Undertaker.
The star who went on a 21-match winning streak at the event has not been seen in WWE circles since Crown Jewel, where he and Kane were defeated by Shawn Michaels and Triple H in Saudi Arabia.
In recent years Taker has returned for short periods of time around 'Mania season, and didn't even appear on a single episode of Raw in early 2018 when John Cena was calling him out.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer noted a few weeks ago that Taker wasn't scheduled to have a match on the card at the Metlife Stadium at that current moment, and there's no signs of that immediately changing.
When Taker teased a big meeting on social media yesterday though, the rumour mill went into overdrive. Was he travelling to WWE headquarters to negotiate a big match on April 7?
Well the answer was a big, fat no.
It was deduced by some fans that the private jet in the background of the tweet was that of All Elite Wrestling owner Tony Khan, and that would prove to be correct.
But don't worry WWE fans, the Deadman is not joining AEW, but he is however appearing at the Starrcast II convention, along with several other WWE Hall of Famers such as Ric Flair and Lita.
On the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer revealed how much Taker is actually charging for his appearance and a photo opportunity - and it's quite extortionate.
According to a user on Reddit, Meltzer stated that Taker will be pocketing $60,000 for three hours of appearance time, on top of charging $150 for each picture.
He won't need to wrestle again if he can make that amount of money from simply turning up to conventions for a few hours at a time.
Presumably Khan isn't looking to make a profit from the event when you consider what the likes of Flair, Sting and Bret Hart will want for also showing up.
But as we alluded to earlier, if you're expecting Taker to make a shock appearance at Double Or Nothing in the same weekend - forget about it.
