Just three weeks after the conclusion of the Royal Rumble, WWE were back on the pay-per-view stage again for Elimination Chamber.Fans flocked to Houston to watch their favourite WWE superstars just seven weeks before WrestleMania 35, and here are the results from an exciting night of action.CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: BUDDY MURPHY [C] def. AKIRA TOZAWALike every Cruiserweight Championship match recently,  Murphy against Tozawa had the potential to be a show-stealer, and it didn't disappoint.Despite Tozawa's high-flying offense getting him close to dethroning the Australian, Murphy's Law would be hit to see him continue his four-month reign as Cruiserweight Champion. It begs the question though that with every challenger he's has seen off, who is left to face Murphy in the future?WOMEN'S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: SASHA BANKS & BAYLEY def. MANDY ROSE & SONYA DEVILLE, THE RIOTT SQUAD, CARMELLA & NAOMI AND NIA JAX AND TAMINA12 women stepped inside the Elimination Chamber to determine who would become the inaugural Women's Tag champions, and it did not disappoint. The match had everything, from hard-hitting shots to pod breaks to a mammoth of finishing moves, including a neat combination pin from the IIconics before they were brutalised by Nia Jax and Tamina.

But the Boss and Hug Connection were the victors when it was all said and done.

Banks last eliminated SmackDown star Deville with a modified Bank Statement, and the pair got really emotional in the ring as they were crowned the first-ever female tag champions in WWE.

SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: THE USOS def. THE MIZ & SHANE MCMAHON [C]

Just three weeks after claiming the titles at the Royal Rumble, Shane McMahon and The Miz find themselves back to where they started - belt-less.

Shane yet again defied his age with a pair of Coast To Coasts and a Leap Of Faith to the outside on Jey Uso through the announcers table, but disaster would strike as Miz hit Jimmy with a Skull Crushing Finale in the ring.

He took too long to make the cover, giving Jimmy enough time to recover to reverse the pinfall into his own for the win.

Interestingly Jimmy was arrested only recently after an altercation with police officers in Detroit, and Vince McMahon's clearly showing faith in him regardless.

INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP: FINN BALOR def. BOBBY LASHLEY [C] & LIO RUSH

Not one, but TWO title changes at the event as Finn Balor captured his first title since becoming the inaugural Universal Champion in August 2016.

The handicap match stipulation meant that Lio Rush was in Lashley's corner, and that proved to be the Dominator's downfall.

With Lashley stunned outside the ring, Balor launched a beating on Rush and hit the Coup De Grace to become the new Intercontinenal Champion.

Lashley would then turn on his mouthpiece Rush following his title loss, and his night wouldn't be over there.

RAW WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP: RONDA ROUSEY [C] def. RUBY RIOTT

What was supposed to be a big chance for the leader of the Riott Squad turned out to be nothing more than a squash match.

Rousey, who was dressed as Mortal Kombat character Sonya Blade, defeated Riott in just one minute and 40 seconds, but it was the after-match antics that really grabbed the attention.

With Rousey and Charlotte Flair staring each other down in the ring, Becky Lynch made her way through the crowd on crutches, before attacking Flair with one of them.

And just when it seemed like she was going to team up with Rousey to take Flair down once and for all, she turned on the former UFC champion, leaving her with a nasty head injury from a crutch shot.

NO DISQUALIFICATION MATCH: BARON CORBIN def. BRAUN STROWMAN

With the stipulation being altered to no disqualification earlier this week there was always going to be shenanigans.

Braun Strowman had Baron Corbin poised for a pinfall after slamming him through a table, but it wasn't going to be that simple as Drew McIntyre charged to the ring.

It wasn't just the Scot though, as Lashley re-entered the fray to lead a vicious three-on-one which saw them powerbomb Strowman through not one, but two tables, giving Corbin the win.

WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: DANIEL BRYAN [C] def. KOFI KINGSTON, RANDY ORTON, AJ STYLES, JEFF HARDY & SAMOA JOE

The second of two Chamber matches ended up main evening, as Daniel Bryan retained his title in a thrilling encounter.

We witnessed some incredible spots such as Jeff Hardy's obligatory Swanton Bomb off the pod to the back of AJ Styles.

The star of the show though was Kofi Kingston, who received a standing ovation for his efforts in the match, where he eliminated Randy Orton and ran Bryan so close.

Ultimately though a missed splash from the top of the pod from Kingston meant he was the architect of his own downfall, and Bryan - without the help of his sidekick Rowan - retained the WWE title.
