Ander Herrera is thriving at Manchester United.
Like the vast majority of Man United's squad, Herrara's performances have picked up massively since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho in December.
He has been a key component as United have won 11 times and just lost once in Solskjaer's 13 games in charge.
He was superb once again as United beat Chelsea 2-0 in their FA Cup fifth round clash on Monday night.
The Spanish midfielder scored the first, heading home a superb Pogba cross.
It was Pogba that was given the Man of the Match award, but many believe Herrera was in fact United's standout performer.
Not only was Herrera's performance brilliant; he has also been praised for the leadership qualities he displayed.
The Spaniard was captured geeing up Alexis Sanchez on the pitch after the game, before issuing glowing praise for his teammate in his post-match press conference.
Many United fans now want him to be made permanent captain.
With Antonio Valencia's future in doubt, United may need to give the armband to someone else come next season.
His highlights from the game against Chelsea prove he would be a good choice.

Impressive stuff. Herrera was used on a rotational basis under Mourinho, but he has relished being back in the team under Solskjaer.
Worryingly, Herrera's future has been in doubt, with his contract set to run out in June.
But, according to The Sun, he is set to sign an extension worth £100,000-per-week.
That will come as great news to United fans, with the 29-year-old emerging into a fan-favourite in recent times.
United fans aren't the only people praising Herrera; Nemanja Matic has recently praised his teammate for being the 'complete midfielder'.
“I think Ander has everything that a midfield player needs to have – especially a Manchester United player who needs to have almost everything – to play, to win the games, to win trophies so I really enjoy playing with him,” Matic said, per the Manchester Evening News.
“He has it all technically and he’s very good tactically, and he runs a lot. He helps the team and his team-mates, in this case me, because I play next to him.”
