WWE's Monday Night Raw was jam-packed full of things to see and digest this week from start to finish. Not only did we get the return of Roman Reigns announcing his cancer was in remission, but we also saw Becky Lynch attack Ronda Rousey again, and we also celebrated the 70th birthday of Ric Flair.Except, we didn't really celebrate the birthday of The Nature Boy, as he never made it out of his locker room and to the ring, because of Batista. In the main event of Raw this week, WWE celebrated Flair's birthday, with legends Triple H, Sting, Ricky Steamboat, Kurt Angle, and Shawn Michaels in the ring, but Ric didn't turn up on cue.Instead, Raw cut to backstage to reveal that The Animal had returned to the WWE. He then invaded The Nature Boy's locker room and attacked him, dragging him outside to send a message to The Game.

Batista then looked at the camera and said: "Hey Hunter. Do I have your attention now?"

Just like that, a WrestleMania program was born, and the internet exploded as well.

Back in December, The McMahon Family appeared in the middle of the ring and vowed to the WWE fans to bring change to the way storylines were booked and fresh ideas.

The unexpectedness of The Animal appearing outside Flair's locker room last night on Raw was a prime example of this change being implemented.

Batista has stated several times how important The Nature Boy has been for his wrestling career, so while him attacking Ric is confusing, it's also kind of intriguing at the same time as fans will want to know why he did it.

This was the first time Batista had been seen in the WWE since he appeared in the ring alongside Triple H, Ric Flair, and Randy Orton as Evolution at the SmackDown 1000 celebrations.

He also teased a match with The Game here, but The Nature Boy cooled them both down.

Now, it looks like Batista and Triple H will meet in the ring later this year for a match at WrestleMania 35. A match that could potentially be Batista's last before retirement as well.
