Speculation concerning Ronda Rousey's future with the WWE has ramped-up in recent days.

The former UFC Bantamweight champion is set to main event WrestleMania just a year after debuting with the company, but it's looking increasingly likely that she will make a departure following the event.

She's always been very transparent about wanting to start a family, and when rumours of her leaving popped up in January just before the Royal Rumble, she was very non-committal to WWE in her responses, basically saying it's none of anyone's business what she chooses to do.

Rousey has recently branched out to create YouTube vlogs about her life on the road as a WWE superstar, and it was in one of the videos a few months ago where she got emotional and stated she didn't want to be away from home from her husband Travis Browne for so long.

And in the latest instalment of her series, she's seemingly dropped a big hint that she will be departing after WrestleMania by stating that 'she doesn't need the job'.

“The thing is I love this job, I really love this job, but I don’t need it at all, not the least little bit," said Rousey, per Cageside Seats.

"So the second I’m not happy, I reserve the right to walk out the door and live happily ever after with the love of my life.

"And The Authority, so they are called in this company, they are just used to bullying everyone around.

"And like I said, they give them just enough for them to live a lavish lifestyle but still have to come back, right? I don’t.”

Some of that seems in-keeping with the storyline that they seem to be going with on Monday Night Raw, but there also seems to be a real-life element to her comments.

It's true as well, the fact that Rousey has probably made a fortune out of her time as an MMA fighter and from endorsements means she's comfy for the rest of her life, but you can't fault her for the way she transitioned to the WWE.

The females of the roster will have to continue the momentum that she, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have created once she inevitably departs, and it will probably be harder to attain than people think.
