Cristiano's 2018-19 season so far

By the ridiculously high standards he set at Real Madrid, Cristiano had a slow start to life in Italy but he's more than made up for it in recent months.

CR7 has registered 21 goals and ten assists in 35 matches since joining Juve last summer, including the Suppercoppa Italiana winner against AC Milan to lift his first trophy.

A noticeably happy Ronaldo has struck up great relationships with Mario Mandzukic, Federico Bernardeschi and even added the 'Dybala mask' to his own famous celebration.

Cristiano: Get away, cameras!

Everyone in Italy knew that Napoli needed to take all three points at the Stadio San Paolo to have just the slightest hope of stopping Juve from winning an eighth straight Scudetto.

During the pre-match build-up, broadcasters were given access to Juventus' dressing room and, in one moment, a cameraman chose to focus in on Ronaldo.

As you can see further down the page, the camera lowered and zoomed in as the Portuguese star, sat next to Pjanic, adjusted some strapping on his right foot.

Once the 34-year-old realised how close the camera was, he immediately gestured for it to be moved away from him accompanied with an unimpressed look up to the cameraman.

Given the significance of the match, Cristiano was well within his rights to want a bit of space before Napoli 1-2 Juventus, and in fairness, the cameraman did quickly oblige.

Serie A's leading scorer failed to score or assist in Naples but will be buzzing because Max Allegri's men are now 16 points clear at the top of the table.

The focus for Cristiano is now on helping the Bianconeri remain unbeaten in the league and trying to overturn the Champions League deficit to Atletico Madrid.
