How nervous must 21-year-old Marcus Rashford have been before his penalty last night?United were awarded a 94th-minute spot-kick against Paris Saint-Germain to complete an incredible comeback victory and seal passage through to the quarter-finals of the competition. And Rashford, who had never scored a penalty for United before, faced Gianluigi Buffon - a man 20 years his senior. But the striker smashed the ball into the top corner to send United through to the last eight.Unbelievable.

The United fans went crazy and so did the players on the pitch.

None more so that a certain Romelu Lukaku.

While all the other outfield players ran to the corner to join Rashford and the travelling fans, Lukaku didn't quite know what to do.

Instead, he appeared to turn around, look at Angel di Maria, and celebrate in his face.

Take a look:

And United fans are convinced Lukaku did it intentionally.

MAN UTD FANS LOVED IT

Check out the reaction:

After the match, Romelu Lukaku was asked if he wanted to take the penalty and he explained the exchange he had with Rashford.

"I was happy that he scored. He came to me and wanted to shoot,” Lukaku reveals.

"I said 'man, this is your time. Do it for yourself and us'."

And Rashford did just that.

Incidentally, there were reports of a fall-out regarding Lukaku and Paul Pogba regarding a penalty against Southampton.

United were given a late penalty and although Lukaku was on a hat-trick, Pogba stepped up and missed.

The two players have since denied reports of a bust-up and made sure everyone saw that following United’s win against PSG.

Lukaku seemingly allowed Pogba to take that penalty against Southampton and he did the same last night with Rashford.

What a guy.
