Manchester United fans are probably still struggling to believe they’re through to the Champions quarter-finals.After losing the first leg of their last-16 tie 2-0 against Paris Saint-Germain at Old Trafford, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side faced a nigh on impossible challenge at the Parc des Princes.Even with their strongest squad, the odds would have been stacked against them. But considering they had 10 senior players ruled out, it made the task even tougher. That’s why Marcus Rashford’s 94th-minute penalty to give United a 3-1 win and send them through on away goals was nothing short of sensational.

After the match, the United players celebrated wildly in front of the travelling supporters.

An image of Solskjaer, Alex Ferguson and Eric Cantona all celebrating the win also went viral.

But a report from French outlet RMC Sport has now emerged that explains a rather bizarre clash between Cantona and Neymar’s dad.

There were only a few rows between the box containing the Neymar family and the box containing Cantona and his friends.

Shortly after the match - with Neymar having made his way pitch side - Cantona and one of his friends “provoked” the Brazilians by ‘shushing’ them, as well as other producing other gestures.

Neymar Sr. didn’t take it too well and left his box to join Cantona’s.

Neymar’s father was close to the door of Cantona’s box when the ‘The King’s’ close friend insulted the Brazilian.

Neymar Sr. was left furious and, according to the report, the whole thing would have resulted in a fight if it wasn’t for security stepping in.

After everything died down, Cantona went down to United’s dressing room to celebrate his former side’s win alongside Ferguson and Solskjaer.
