Juventus took the opportunity to rest their star players against Udinese on Friday night, ahead of their Champions League last-16 second leg against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
The Old Lady need to overturn a 2-0 loss from the first clash against Atleti and, with the Serie A title pretty much wrapped up, Max Allegri benched many of his best players.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala were named on the bench, giving 19-year-old striker Moise Kean the chance to impress.
And impress he did.
The youngster scored twice and won a penalty as Juve thrashed Udinese 4-1 to go 19 points clear at the top of the table.
But it wasn’t just his goals that would have impressed football fans.
Kean’s overall performance was superb and was a nightmare for the Udinese defence for the 80 minutes he was on the pitch.
But if you were busy on Friday night and missed the wonderkid in action, we’ve got just the thing for you.
That’s because a video has emerged of Kean’s highlights during his Man of the Match performance - and it’s a great watch.
Just take a look:
He looks an incredibly exciting prospect.
Keen has now scored four goals in nine Juve appearances since he joined the club as a 10-year-old.
He was just 16 when he made his professional debut back in November 2016, becoming the first player born in the 2000s to compete in one of Europe’s four major leagues.
A few days later, he became the first player born in the 2000s to feature in a Champions League match, after being substituted on in the 84th minute of a 3–1 away win over Sevilla.
Then, in May 2017 during Juve’s final match of the 2016/17 season, he scored his first goal for the club and became the first player born in the 2000s to score a goal in one of Europe's five major leagues.
He’s also made one cap for Italy at international level.
The 19-year-old certainly has the potential to have an incredible career in the game.News Now - Sport News
