There are few places on the internet quite like Patrice Evra's Instagram profile.

When he's not reacting to Marseille sacking him by pulling a jeep or controversially licking a raw turkey, you can guarantee he'll be shouting 'I love this game' in the most random locations.

Say what you like about the ex-Manchester United man but he certainly seems to be enjoying himself and that was most definitely the case in midweek.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few days, you'll be more than aware of United's remarkable comeback to qualify for the Champions League's final eight.

Despite suffering a 2-0 defeat at home to Paris Saint-Germain, the Red Devils made history in Europe by winning on the road and with a dramatic Marcus Rashford penalty to boot.

Evra's passionate celebration

And like every United fan in the world, Evra went absolutely mental when Rashford converted his spot kick and filmed himself wildly celebrating with Paul Pogba in the stands.

It's a reaction that has caused plenty of controversy and has even seen Evra threaten to slap his former teammate Jerome Rothen.

However, the response to his behaviour has allegedly gone much further than that, with Evra claiming alleging that PSG have made a formal complaint to UEFA.

Evra goes in on PSG

While the 37-year-old didn't explain the situation in all of its details, he did allude to the fact that a PSG employee - who was possibly near him in the stand - had taken action against him.

And to say Evra hasn't taken kindly to that news would be an understatement, prompting the Frenchman to post a six-minute video on Instagram.

He then followed that up with a lengthly transcript on his story, launching an incredible attack against PSG and claiming that the club are 'becoming a joke.'

It makes for a remarkable read - check it out down below:

Wow.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi is amongst the figures being lambasted by Evra in his statement and it's hard to imagine any other players of his stature posting such a stunning rant.

Evra has advised the hierarchy to 'clean their club' and says there's no need to visit Hollywood when there are so many celebrities taking up seats at the Parc des Princes.

As someone who spent a live of his youth career with PSG, Evra was keen to express his regret but is clearly fed up with the way France's biggest team has evolved recently.

Only time will tell whether UEFA confirm the complaint and whether Evra himself will face repercussions from an incredibly passionate outburst.

No matter where you stand on the debate, though, it's United who progressed in Europe and that will keep Evra smiling into next week.
