16,000 Real Madrid fans vote on the 'Galactico' signing they want from Zinedine Zidane

Real Madrid Unveil New Manager Zinedine Zidane

A huge summer awaits Real Madrid and their newly-appointed manager, Zinedine Zidane.

Los Blancos are enduring one of their worst seasons in recent history and look set to end it trophyless.

As it stands, Real are 12 points behind Barcelona at the top of La Liga, out of the Champions League and out of the Copa del Rey.

Last week they hit rock bottom by conceding four at home to Ajax in the Champions League last 16 to lose 4-3 on aggregate.

Action was needed and Real chiefs responded by sacking Santiago Solari on Monday and bringing back Zidane, who quit the club just 10 months ago.

Zidane claims he "couldn't say no" to his beloved Real Madrid and now has the task of making the best of a bad situation.

Real's season could be unsalvageable, though, so for Zidane it's all about preparing for the summer transfer window.

According to the Independent, Zidane has been promised £300m to spend as Real look to bring in a 'Galactico' for the first time since 2014.

Eden Hazard is a long-term target for the Spanish giants, while Neymar, N'Golo Kante, Kylian Mbappe and Christian Eriksen have also been linked.

Madridistas will be praying the reports of a £300m war chest are true and today they've been voting for who they want their top transfer target to be.

Spanish newspaper Marca ran the survey and after receiving over 16,000 votes, it's become clear that Real fans want to sign Hazard the most. Here are the results.

Eden Hazard - 54%

Neymar - 15%

Harry Kane - 8%

Christian Eriksen - 3%

Paul Pogba - 2%

Mohamed Salah - 2%

Sadio Mane - 1%

Hazard said earlier this year that he knows what he's going to do this summer and has "made a decision" on his future, while reports in February stated he will tell Chelsea he wants to leave.

The Belgian has made no secret of his desire to play for Real Madrid one day and with Zidane now back in the hot seat, there's a good chance it's finally going to happen.
