Zinedine Zidane began his second coaching spell at Real Madrid with a win on Saturday afternoon. For the fixture against Celta Vigo at the Bernabeu, the Frenchman recalled a number of forgotten men who rarely featured under Santiago Solari.Isco, Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio all started and Keylor Navas was preferred to Thibaut Courtois in goal. Zidane's faith in the old guard paid off as Los Blancos ran out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from two of his recalled starters, Isco and Bale. Madrid were always expected to win comfortably against their opponents who are 18th in the league - but winning that first game under their new coach could be a key turning point.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of events off the pitch that slightly marred the victory.

During the first half, some fans inside the Bernabeu had their attention fixed on Real's president Florentino Perez.

A number of supporters came to protest against him amid what's been a very poor season by bringing in banners and placards to the ground.

According to AS, these banners read 'Florentino, go now' and 'Florentino, guilty'.

They were not up for long though, as stadium security quickly collected the anti-Perez signs and threw them out of the stadium.

The incidents were caught on TV cameras too and one witness told AS more details about what happened.

"They took away banners saying that Florentino was the culprit [for a poor season] and those saying he should resign," the source said.

"Security arrived and threw them out, removing the placards and taking them out of the stadium."

Clearly, the club doesn't take well to supporters protesting against members of the board and public stunts like that won't be tolerated inside the Bernabeu, even if it's just a minority of supporters.
