Neymar is nearing a return to action for Paris Saint-Germain.The Brazilian hasn’t played since suffering a fractured metatarsal against Strasbourg on January 23.It’s meant he was unavailable for PSG’s Champions League last-16 clash against Manchester United, which ended in an agonising defeat via away goals. But the €222 million man expects to be back in Thomas Tuchel’s squad in a fortnight.“Next week, I will return to training," Neymar said after PSG’s 3-1 win against Marseille on Sunday, per ESPN."Yes, I will be back on the pitch then and I will re-join the squad in 2 weeks - I have already undergone the exams."The 27-year-old was in attendance to watch his teammates win their seventh Ligue 1 match in a row.

Neymar celebrates Mandanda's sending off

And he clearly enjoyed himself, with footage surfacing showing him celebrating when Marseille’s Steve Mandanda was sent off.

The Marseille goalkeeper received a red card after handling the ball outside the area, much to Neymar’s delight.

Seems like he quite enjoys the fan experience.

Angel Di Maria scored a brace and Kylian Mbappe also got on the scoresheet as PSG cruised to victory in Le Classique.

PSG are on the verge of winning the Ligue 1 title for the sixth time in seven years but the Champions League exit at the hands of Man United remains an issue for the club’s fans.

A group of PSG supporters didn’t arrive at the Parc des Princes until 15 minutes into the game against Marseille as a protest against the defeat.

But Tuchel refused to apologise and praised his players for their reaction to the setback.

“It's not up to us to say sorry. We’re the most disappointed. It was an accident,” Tuchel said, per Goal.

“Everyone can feel that this team is united, they are always together, they give everything.

“The team proves that she can react as a champion. The mentality is extraordinary. It's a great win in a big game.”
