Nick Kyrgios had a remarkable on-court rant at the chair umpire, calling him a 'f*****g disgrace', after defeat in his doubles match at the Miami Open. The Aussie, who was partnering up with American Taylor Fritz, lost 7-6 (7-4), 6-7 (3-7), 10-8 to Guido Pella and Joao Sousa to be knocked out of the tournament.Kyrgios was not happy with the performance of the chair umpire and went on a foul mouthed rant whilst still on the court.Kyrgios was heard saying: 'What is wrong with you? You’re a disgrace. You’re a f*****g disgrace,' before smashing his racket onto the court and turning to the crowd to vent his anger.Whilst facing the crowd, he asked them: 'Do you think that's alright, yes or no?

‘Just give me the answer. He’s a disgrace.

‘I come out and give 100% and I have to deal with idiots like him. Does he get fined for his mistakes? It’s rubbish, man.’

The umpire is not expected to be punished for his performance, but Kyrgios will most likely face some sort of fine.

It is not the first time Kyrgios has been involved in controversy and his career has almost been more known for his outrageous outbursts than his brilliant ability to play tennis.

However, Kyrgios is not the only player to voice their concerns over officiating at the tournament.

British No. 3 Dan Evans called an umpire a 'complete s*** show' after his defeat, and American Reilly Opelka said the match officials were 'horrible'.

Kyrgios may have been defeated in the doubles, but he is still in the singles competition, however, if he is to win the tournament he will, most likely, have to beat Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic.

The world No. 33 beat Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik in the previous round and will now face Serbia's Dusan Lajovic in the next stage of the competition.
