Barcelona have big plans for their attacking line this summer involving Luis Suarez.

Now 32, the Uruguayan is showing signs of slowing down having scored zero goals in six Champions League games and missed countless chances.

Eighteen goals in 27 La Liga appearances is a decent record, of course, but on the whole Suarez isn't as dangerous as he used to be.

A long-term replacement is being lined up by Barcelona and plenty of names have been linked with a move to the Camp Nou.

In December it was reported that the Blaugrana had drawn up a seven-man shortlist that featured Timo Werner (RB Leipzig), Andre Silva (AC Milan) and Nicolas Pepe (Lille).

It's now the end of March and with the summer transfer window fast approaching, Mundo Deportivo claim Barcelona have narrowed it down to three strikers.

Manchester United's Marcus Rashford is the latest name to be thrown into the hat and Barca are prepared to spend £100m to secure his signature.

Contract talks are underway between United and Rashford over a new contract - his current deal expires in 2020 - with Barcelona monitoring the situation.

Second on their shortlist is 21-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic, who is currently on loan from Benfica and seriously impressing in Germany.

Barcelona are particularly interested in the Serbian because of his age and potential, not to mention his 15 goals in 24 Bundesliga games this season.

And then there's Antoine Griezmann, who reportedly regrets rejecting Barca last summer and now wants to complete a move from Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona would prefer to sign someone like Rashford or Jovic over the Frenchman due to him being 28 years old, but the fact is he's a world-class forward.

Griezmann was asked recently about the rumours of a move to Catalonia but dismissed them by saying: "I'm already used to it and a bit fed up. Every year it's the same, so I'm used to it."
