Kofi Kingston finally got his WrestleMania match confirmed on last nights edition of SmackDown Live, but he didn't earn it himself.

With a defeat to Daniel Bryan in the Gauntlet Match finale of last weeks show, Kingston lost any chance of earning the opportunity himself, but his stable-mates Big E and Xavier Woods had to fight for him this time.

The pair had to run the gauntlet against a number of teams and they last defeated Bryan and Rowan to secure a one-on-one title match for Kingston against Bryan at Metlife Stadium on April 7.

The 'KofiMania' movement has been on the rise since Elimination Chamber and his stock has never been higher in his 11-year stint with the company.

And to think his current position only came because Mustafa Ali [now going as 'Ali' after his name was shortened by WWE] got injured a few weeks before the event, and Kingston was drafted in as a replacement.

Not everyone agrees with the decision to put Kingston in a top-level 'Mania match though.

WWE Hall of Famer 'Superstar' Billy Graham has decided to air his grievances with the decision on social media, and it's not one shared by the majority.

In his lengthy Facebook rant, Graham has lamented Vince McMahon for even thinking about putting the belt on a '145 pound man' [Kingston is billed at 212 pounds] and has even blamed the addition of Dana Warrior to the creative team as a sign for this decision being made.

Graham also described the notion of Kingston being champion as a 'joke' and has even predicted that WWE is on the decline and next years WrestleMania in Tampa Bay will 'not sell out'.

You can view the whole rant below.

In defence of Graham, the era where he was WWF Champion was more about the big men and powerhouses, but wrestling has moved on and evolved but he seems not to be a fan of it.

Whether or not Kingston wins his match at 'Mania is irrelevant, as it shows the power of the WWE Universe has guided an underdog to the top of the card once again.
