Liverpool emerged the victors against Tottenham on Sunday in a dramatic game at Anfield. The Reds looked as if they would cruise to victory as they put in a dominant first half performance.Jurgen Klopp's side were the better team in the first half and went ahead through Roberto Firmino in the 16th minute. But, the second half was a much different story. In complete contrast to the opening 45 minutes, Spurs were by far the better team.

They restored parity with just 20 minutes remaining, although it was in controversial circumstances.

Harry Kane took a quick free-kick, which was later put into the net by Lucas Moura.

But, replays showed that the ball was moving and should have been disallowed.

Still, it was a deserved equaliser for Spurs and they looked the more likely team to go on and win the game.

Liverpool desperately needed a winner to once again go above Manchester City in the race for the title but it looked as if it would not come.

However, with the game going into stoppage time, Liverpool managed to score the winner as Toby Alderweireld netted into his own goal.

Jamie Carragher was working as a commentator for Sky Sports and he could not contain his emotions after the goal went in.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Carragher showed his feelings after his former side scored the winner as he shouted: "Mo Salah, you little dancer!"

Gold.

As a commentator, Carragher should really be impartial.

But he completely lost it at the moment and you can't really blame him for it.

Liverpool now have 79 points with six games to play in the Premier League.

Manchester City are two points behind, but they have a game in hand and are still favourites to win the title.
