Ander Herrera has agreed a pre-contract with Paris Saint-Germain that will see him leave Manchester United at the end of the season.

This is according to the Daily Record's Duncan Castles, who claims Herrera has been left "unimpressed" with the new deal United have offered him.

His current contract expires on June 30 and recent reports suggest the Spaniard is looking for a salary in the region of £150,000-per-week, which United aren't prepared to give him.

PSG, however, are happy to pay that sum considering Herrera won't cost them a penny if he joins on a free transfer.

Herrera's seemingly imminent departure will disappoint manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who spoke recently about how important he is to United.

"His energy and tenaciousness is vital for us," said Solskjaer. "And that's why he plays, more or less, every single game.

"He has loads of energy, he can cover the right-hand side, he runs forward."
