Every single year when WrestleMania comes around, there's always one topic being discussed amongst WWE fans and that's a possible appearance of The Undertaker.

Last year at WrestleMania 34, WWE didn't confirm that The Deadman would be at the show until the very last minute when he answered John Cena's call for a match. He won that match in quick fashion.

This year, WWE hasn't even mentioned The Phenom, so there's a possibility that fans might not see him at WrestleMania 35. However, according to reports, he will be in town this weekend.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, The Undertaker will be in New Jersey and New York this weekend for the festivities, but it's currently unclear if WWE has any plans for him at The Showcase of the Immortals.

Quite simply, The Deadman could be in town in order to meet up with some friends and former colleagues like many other wrestlers do every year during WrestleMania week.

However, just because he's absent from WWE programming, doesn't mean he won't be on the show. The Phenom was also absent in the weeks before WrestleMania 34 last year, but Cena made it pretty clear that 'Taker was competing through his promos.

With so many matches on the show, 16 confirmed as of writing, plus the added appearances of the Hall of Fame inductees and the musical performance of Elias, it's difficult to see where WWE would find respectable time for The Undertaker.

The Deadman could interrupt the performance of The Drifter, but in truth, it's time for WWE and their fans to move on from 'Taker appearing at The Showcase of the Immortals each and every year.

WWE fans won't have to wait long to see The Undertaker in a WWE ring again, as he's expected to be performing for the company when they go to Saudi Arabia later this year in June.

No superstar has a stronger connection to WrestleMania than The Phenom, but all good things must eventually come to an end. Even though he's in town, WWE shouldn't go out of their way to get The Undertaker on the WrestleMania 35 show.
