This Sunday at WrestleMania 35, Charlotte Flair will compete alongside Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch in a Winner Takes All Triple Threat match for the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championship.

This match will also be a significant milestone in WWE history, as it will be the first women's match ever to main event a Showcase of the Immortals show.

Although Lynch earned her way into the match by winning the Women's Royal Rumble and at Fastlane, and Rousey earned her spot being Raw Women's Champion, many WWE fans have criticized the way Flair was booked into the match by Vince McMahon.

Since Vince announced on an episode of Raw that The Queen would take The Man's spot at WrestleMania, there has been a certain section of fans that have bashed Charlotte, stating she's only in the match because of being handpicked by WWE due to the fact that her father is Ric Flair.

In truth, however, just like Ronda and Becky, Charlotte earned her spot in WrestleMania 35's main event because of all the hard work she has put in since joining WWE, from NXT to the main roster.

One person that wanted to make sure the SmackDown Women's Champion knew this was her own father.

Charlotte revealed what Ric said to her when he found out that her daughter would be main eventing this year's Showcase of the Immortals, and it's very heartwarming.

She said during an interview with Sporting News: "My dad is my biggest fan, my biggest supporter, my best friend.

"He truly understands what it has been like in the journey, with the ups and downs and helping me every day in how to get better, what I need to do to get better, what I did to get here.

"He's been so connected with what it has taken me to get here that … he just said, 'You deserve it and you did it all on your own.'

"He emphasizes that every single day that 'You did this all on your own. This has nothing to do with me.' And just, 'I'm proud of you.'"

Don't be surprised if you see The Nature Boy crying while watching his daughter walk down the ramp inside MetLife Stadium this weekend in the main event of WrestleMania 35.
