Toulouse travelled to Toulon on Saturday, hoping to extend their unbeaten run to 15 games.A victory would have strengthened their grip on the Top 14 title, following an impressive campaign that has seen them win 16 out of 21 matches. However, tenth place Toulon had other ideas, running out 25-10 winners at the Stade Mayol.Despite Toulon’s unexpected victory, the highlight of the match came in the 30th minute, with the score at 8-3 to the hosts.Toulon broke from left to right quickly, a little too quickly for the medic who had been on the pitch treating one of the players.

The footage from the game shows the medic desperately trying to get out of the way, as the ball and both teams transition over to his side of the pitch.

Once he realises there is no way he can get off the pitch in time, the medic tries to stand still and cause the least disruption possible for the onrushing attackers.

However, he gets a little more involved in the game than he would have planned to, getting completely wiped out in a tackle which hilariously flips him onto his back.

The clip perhaps would have gone unnoticed, had it not been for the fact that Toulon scored their second try off the back of it, with former All Black Malakai Fekitoa converting the move.

Toulouse will not have seen the funny side after being unable to find a way back into the game, despite having an extra man for the majority of the second half, with Toulon going down to 14.

They will now be looking to get back to winning ways in a top of the table clash with Clermont Auvergne on Sunday.

A win would be a massive step in securing the title.

Meanwhile, Toulon travel to Grenoble on Saturday, looking to make it back-to-back wins.
