Chelsea fans are dreading the thought of Eden Hazard leaving the club in the summer.

The Belgian international has been heavily linked with a £100m move to Real Madrid to finally link up with his footballing idol Zinedine Zidane.

Hazard is Chelsea's talisman and without his goals in a troubling first season for Maurizio Sarri, you have to wonder the kind of trouble they'd would be in.

Against Brighton in Chelsea's 3-0 win last time out, Hazard picked up a goal and an assist and tonight against West Ham, he took his Premier League tally to 15 for the season.

And he done it in some serious style.

The Belgian went full 'Lionel Messi-mode', dribbling past the Hammers' defence at will and slotting the ball past Łukasz Fabiański. You can watch the goal below.

What a player Hazard is. Few players in the world have the skill and balance to pull off such a goal, but the 28-year-old makes it look so easy.

You really do feel for any defender trying to mark him...

REAL MADRID MOVE ON THE HORIZON?

The rumours of Hazard heading to the Bernabeu really have been rife of late, with Los Blancos confident of pulling off the deal despite Chelsea reportedly demanding £100m for him.

The Mirror recently published that Hazard will pocket around £350,000-a-week if he signs for Real, the same figure he rejected at Chelsea.

It's clear that it is Hazard's dream to play for the club and with just one-year left on his current deal, the Blues really will struggle to keep him this summer.

And with the thought of a possible two-window transfer ban, you can understand why there is an air of negativity around Stamford Bridge right now.

Christian Pulisic's arrival will not be enough to compensate for Hazard's departure.
