Manchester City and Tottenham were involved in one of the craziest starts to a Champions League quarter-final at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.Spurs led 1-0 on aggregate after a tense first leg - but the tie exploded into life at the start of the second. The two Premier League clubs shared four goals between them in the opening 11 minutes - the fastest four goals that have ever been scored in a single Champions League match.Raheem Sterling broke the deadlock in the fourth minute with a brilliant strike, which left Hugo Lloris no chance. However, two goals in three minutes from Son Heung-min turned the game on its head and left City needing three goals in order to secure qualification for the semi-finals.

Pep Guardiola’s side pulled one back through Bernardo Silva in the 11th minute.

Here’s Sterling’s opener…

And here’s Son’s equaliser…

Son then put Spurs 2-1 up…

Before Bernardo made it 2-2…

Sterling then made it 3-2 in the 20th minute...

Absolutely thrilling start at the Etihad Stadium.

It's the first time ever that five goals have been scored after 21 minutes in a Champions League game.
