Sasha Banks hasn't been seen in the WWE since herself and Bayley lost the Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 35 to The IIconics in a Fatal four-way match against The IIconics, Natalya and Beth Phoenix, and Nia Jax and Tamina.

It's been reported that Banks threatened to quit the WWE following WrestleMania as she was unhappy with the decision to take the Women's Tag Team titles off The Boss 'n' Hug Connection so early into their title reign.

Reports have stated as well that the team wasn't told about this title change until the very last minute, which didn't sit well with The Boss as she thought herself and Bayley would have a long reign as champions.

However, new reports from the Wrestling Observer, via Wrestling Inc, have stated WWE has planned this change for some time. Many people were aware of it in the company as well.

This can be seen as another sign as to why The Boss wants to leave WWE, as she's being kept out of the loop when it comes to big storyline changes to her character until the very last minute.

It's unclear as to when Banks will be back in the WWE, as the company has given her some time off following recent events. However, when she returns, she won't be tag teaming with Bayley due to the Superstar Shake-up.

Banks and Bayley were told on WrestleMania night that The Boss 'n' Hug Connection would be split up, which also made The Boss unhappy. This may have also contributed towards her decision to try and leave WWE.

This split came into effect this week when Bayley was moved to SmackDown in the Superstar Shake-up, adding she announced she would be competing on her own again in the ring.

WWE decided to keep Banks on Raw and the plan is for her to stay there once she returns to WWE. The Observer has noted as well that she was actually never booked for television for the past two weeks.

However, The Boss is currently booked for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view on May 19 at the XL Center in Hartford. She will likely be in the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match at this event.
